PVE110M IN SAKHALIN PROJECT RUSSIA

In the past decade, Quattrogemini Ltd. international contractors, a design and project management contractor from Finland, has been a name of stature for American and European investors in Russia. The management have decades of experience working in Russia and are therefore able to manage any project from the earliest phase and complete it within the agreed time, budget and quality standards.

Quattrogemini is currently involved in the construction of two oil and gas platforms, contracted by Sakhalin Energy Investment Company (SEIC [Shell] Aker Kvaerner). During the second phase of the Sakhalin project, they will also use a Dieseko vibro, model PVE110M with PVE1000 generator, to pull a double sheet-pile wall with a 200 ton sheet-piling clamp, a baffle plate and two 150 ton tube clamps.

Meticulous attention was paid to compliance with the health, safety and environmental standards in Nakhodka. A record number of 3,800,000 man-hours was recently registered without a single incident. The number of employees reached its peak in September 2004, totalling 2.435 and is now gradually decreasing as the project is nearing completion. The concrete work for the first two platforms, LUN-A and PA-B, is finished, the piping and other equipment are now being installed. The LUN-A and PA-B platforms will be finished by the end of 2005. All concrete works will be completed in 2005.
